REFUND POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product back to us and get a full refund or exchange the product for something similar. Any exchanged items will not be eligible for a further exchange.

All returned goods must be in the same condition they were in at the time of purchase, and in their original packaging .Goods must be returned within 14 days of invoice date. Any costs incurred by the customer is their liability unless these goods are faulty. In this instance Bay Boutique will reimburse any costs by the customer to return said goods.
